Last weekend we went to a pirate LARP. A LARP is a Live action role-playing game, everybody is dressed up and acts out his own character’s action.
Basically, you spend two days without contact with the modern civilization (no smartphone, no!), surrounded by medieval tents (or modern ones if you’re playing a contemporary larp), people speaking about oddly things and fighting with latex weapons. Really funny if you want my opinion!
This LARP was a Pirate one, so we dressed up like pirates and drank a lot of rum. We went shooting some pictures in the forge, no time to do more pictures, sorry ^^.
Thank you Feodus for this cool weekend! Continue reading …
Enjoying the end of the afternoon, in the grass and cactus. Continue reading …
There is an unusual place in Fréjus, the Hông Hiên Tu pagoda. In France we don’t have a lot of Buddhist places. It’s been built in 1917, during the WW1 by Indochinese soldiers who stayed in Fréjus before they were sent to the front.
Let’s start a new category on this blog: the “passing by”! I want it simple but nice. Hope you’ll enjoy it.
This picture has been taken in Iceland last summer, during a rainy day. Perfect for this entry, it’s raining cats and dogs today.
